How to request a refund
Email us at hello@professionalgenie.com with:
- Your name and the email address used to purchase
- Your Gumroad order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- A note that you’d like a refund
We’ll process your refund within 24 hours of receiving your request. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, we are unable to process refunds.
